Emma provides a wealth of professional skills and attributes combining effective communication, planning, assessment and problem solving to drive tasks through to completion. She is energetic and integrates quickly into existing teams whilst providing leadership and improving productivity. Over the last 20 years Emma has gained an expertise in project and programme management and has worked on numerous regeneration initiatives across London in the public, private and voluntary sectors. Emma has managed teams of up to 50 people and budgets in excess of £500m. She is client focused and is adept at securing commitment and participation from a wide range of stakeholders.
Fiona is client focussed and driven to design and embed practical solutions which benefit all stakeholders.
She has developed a range of competencies and skills, contributing to strategy on a wide range of growth and regeneration issues including local economic assessment, capital investment and physical masterplanning.
With over 20 years experience of managing multi – disciplinary programmes, projects and teams, she has a track record on budgets and financial planning, designing and managing effective performance monitoring and programme evaluation; familiar with sourcing (and customising) appropriate systems and models including specialist ICT packages e.g. in project management; experience in communications & training, experience in managing service improvement/turning around failing services.
