Regenfirst carried out consultation as part of the project team, led by Julian Harrap Architects with D. R. Nolans, Quantity Surveyors, to deliver the Historic Buildings Conservation Scheme for London Borough of Tower Hamlets, the Greater London Authority and English Heritage.

Regenfirst created a new vision for youth service provision in the London Borough of Hackney and successfully bid for £5 million of funding to support the development of five new youth centres. We then managed the delivery of the youth centres, including consultation with young people.

Regenfirst undertook a review of the London Borough of Newham’s Regeneration Service in 2008 and were retained to implement our recommendations and deliver the work programme.

Regenfirst was commissioned by Basildon Borough Council to support and strengthen the Council’s regeneration function and project manage the delivery of a £5 million programme of improvements to Wickford Town Centre.

Regenfirst undertook a rapid review of the Regeneration Service and provided interim client/commissioning and programme management roles.

As part of the CIL Knowledge Partnership, Regenfirst delivered events for local authority politicians and officers, aimed at improving the understanding of the direct and indirect financial and economic consequences of planning.

Working with the London Borough of Barnet and Genesis Housing Association, Regenfirst undertook a review of the proposals for Stage B of the Grahame Park housing renewal scheme in Colindale.

Review of the London Borough of Waltham Forest’s approach to growth and the structure of its regeneration services.

Regenfirst worked with Genesis Housing Association in 2012-13 to modernise their approach to regeneration, and to strengthen the links between their estate renewal programmes and their economic and social regeneration.

Regenfirst have been part of a Peabody team developing and promoting proposals for the regeneration of Thamesmead.

Regenfirst was commissioned by Genesis Housing Association to project manage their largest regeneration project, Woodberry Down, until their restructure was finalised and a new, permanent Project Manager in place.

Regenfirst has helped private sector partners to identify both public and private sector funding opportunities that may be available to support existing and potential areas of work.
